1. ARRIVAL & WORKSHOP DAY

We are starting the check-in around 12:00 PM CET. Please be there on time and have patience while we check you in and give you your room numbers and check your weapons for sagety! 

 

Afterwards, we will start the workshops. 

These will contain breaks and some light snacks. They will go on until early evening, leaving you with the evening to spend time offgame with your co-players. Important is to mention that we will only provide dinner on the first day, so make sure to grab something to eat before arrival.

There will be no game on day 1. This is important to us because we believe that larping is mostly about the connections you make and we want to make room for you to actually get to know the people you'll be playing intense scenes with and get over the awkward first moments in a more relaxed environment.  

3. SECOND FULL GAME DAY

Again, the breakfast will be offgame. 

 

Our photographer will take some pictures. This will probably include a big group picture, potentially hunting types and maybe hunting groups.

Once done we will start the game again.  

The plot will pick back up where we left off and you may see consequences of what conspired the over the past day. 

 

Lunch and dinner will be ingame once again.

​

We will end the game slightly earlier in the evening to allow for a small optional debrief and an offgame afterparty, including a dancefloor and sober area in a calm corner.

There will also be quite a bit to clean up and if you feel up for volunteering to help for a couple of minutes during teardown we would immensely appreciate you <3

2. FIRST FULL GAME DAY

We are starting the day with an offgame breakfast. The remaining meals will be ingame. 

 

The breakfast will be fairly early to then allow you some time to get into costume and start the game around 10:30-11:00 ish. It will be signified by a song that will also play on the second play day.

 

We will stop all organiser driven plot and npc requests (outside of Hunts set at night) at around 23:00 and encourage you to get some sleep latest by 2am.  

4. DEPARTURE DAY

There'll be breakfast and then we need you to pack up, say your goodbyes and leave the location so we can do the last bits of clean up and leave ourselves.

 

Departure ends around 12:00 pm CET latest. 

We will need you to be out of the location by then so we can do our last rounds and hand the location back over to the owner.
